The Parliament of NorAuthwik is the governing council of elected and appointed advisors who hold ministerial authority within the NorWakian Government. As a cornerstone of the Principality’s leadership, Parliament embodies NorAuthwik’s commitment to cultural advancement, inclusive governance, and the principled vision upon which the nation was founded.
Through its legislative and advisory functions, the Parliament ensures the Principality thrives as a mission-driven, symbolically sovereign MicroNation. It oversees the coordination of national initiatives, including those administered through The Crown of NorAuthwik, LLC, within the constitutional and cultural framework of our state.
Empowered by the Constitution, the Parliament is authorized to establish formal and symbolic relations with other entities and governments. It is held to a standard of excellence—one that actively upholds the well-being, creativity, and empowerment of all NorAuthwik’s citizens through thoughtful policy, meaningful collaboration, and principled lawmaking.
PARLIAMENTARY COUNCIL MEMBERS
As Prime Minister, Katherine is dedicated to ensuring that NorAuthwik remains a beacon of freedom, creativity, and innovation. Her vision is to build a principality where every individual feels empowered to contribute to the collective success and cultural richness of NorAuthwik.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The Prime Minister of NorAuthwik serves as the head of government and answers directly to the Crown. Overseeing the administration and implementation of national laws & policies, ensuring effective governance by coordinating the efforts of various ministries and advising the Sovereign Prince, the Prime Minister also represents NorAuthwik in diplomatic matters and fosters community engagement through cultural and educational initiatives.
With a natural talent for connecting with people, a founding member, and a background in public relations, HRH Kacey excels in fostering international diplomacy, promoting good-will, and displaying by act the core values of NorAuthwik. She works actively with young children in education. Princess Kacey brings a vibrant and inclusive approach to her role as it is one guided and rooted in deep experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The Deputy Prime Minister of NorAuthwik serves as the second-in-command of the NorWakian government beneath the Crown, directly supporting the Prime Minister in all executive functions and decision-making processes. In addition to this vital role, the Deputy Prime Minister is also the Head of the Department of State, where they oversee the Principality’s internal governance, public relations, and state affairs. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of NorAuthwik’s mission and values, and the ability to manage and implement state policies effectively. The Deputy Prime Minister acts as a key liaison between the Crown, the government, and the citizens, ensuring that the Principality operates smoothly and in alignment with its cultural and civic objectives.
Known for his honesty and timely execution of responsibilities, Prince Ronnie brings a disciplined and pragmatic approach to his role. He oversees the financial health of the principality. Although his stern demeanor can sometimes come across as blunt, his dedication to the well-being and prosperity of NorAuthwik is evident in all his efforts.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The Minister of Public Order & Finance is responsible for maintaining civic order and overseeing the financial operations of NorAuthwik. The minister involves himself in public safety, managing civic duties, and maintaining the principality's financial stability through prudent fiscal policies. The minister also collaborates with other departments to support economic development initiatives and ensure the effective allocation of resources.
A founding member and brother to the Sovereign Prince, HRH Prince Johnny combines his deep understanding of NorAuthwik’s values with a natural ability to connect with people. His enthusiasm for community engagement and education drives him in his role to represent the principality as a Community Diplomat.

The Community Diplomat serves as a crucial bridge between NorAuthwik and the local communities within its symbolic protectorate. This role is centered around fostering relationships, engaging with local organizations, and representing NorAuthwik's values in public forums. The Community Diplomat works to build partnerships, promote cultural and educational initiatives, and ensure that NorAuthwik's presence is felt in the wider community. Through active engagement, the diplomat advocates for NorAuthwik's mission, helps to organize joint events, and supports efforts to integrate NorAuthwik’s activities with local culture and interests. This role is key to strengthening NorAuthwik’s connections within Hickory, NC, and beyond
Cameron brings a deep and renowned understanding of the digital world to his role as Community Diplomat for NorAuthwik. Cameron’s drive and curiosity for various recreational activities enable him to craft intentional engagement opportunities that go beyond mere entertainment. His work helps to provide deeper educational experiences and empowers the citizens of NorAuthwik by offering enriching activities and workshops that are attuned to the rapidly evolving world. Through his efforts, Cameron ensures that NorAuthwik remains a dynamic and forward-thinking community.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The Community Diplomat serves a pivotal role is dedicated to building and nurturing relationships with local groups, organizations, and individuals who align with NorAuthwik's mission of cultural enrichment and community engagement. The diplomat is responsible for attending local events, participating in community discussions, and advocating for NorAuthwik’s initiatives and values. By acting as an ambassador of NorAuthwik’s principles, the Community Diplomat ensures that the Principality’s presence is recognized and respected, while also seeking opportunities for collaboration and mutual support. This position is vital for integrating NorAuthwik’s activities into the fabric of the local community, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
We will launch low-barrier, meaningful opportunities for citizens to participate in nation-building, including polls, creative submissions, and public feedback on key projects. Unity through collaboration is our quarterly guiding principle, and engagement is how we live it.
The proposal to build a comprehensive virtual museum for NorAuthwik will enter review. Parliament will evaluate this submission from HCAC and outline development steps, digital infrastructure, and artistic calls to action to enrich the cultural heritage of the nation.
Session IV will focus on clarifying laws related to citizenship, ambassadorial roles, and national honors. This includes publishing updated materials that outline the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of e-citizens and noble appointments.
