The Principality of NorAuthwik, established in 2012 within the borders of North Carolina, is a mission-driven MicroNation emphasizing cultural sovereignty. While maintaining a protectorate status under the United States, NorAuthwik asserts self-governance over its cultural, artistic, and administrative affairs. This is achieved through structured leadership, advisory councils, and citizen-driven initiatives that shape policies and decision-making processes. This Charter formalizes the Principality’s commitment to inclusivity, sustainable development, and the preservation of its unique identity. It also ensures the maintenance of cooperative relations with the United States and the City of Hickory.
